Growing up just outside London, England, Charles graduated from university with a BA/BSc joint honors degree in Sport Science and History. After graduation he began his journey to becoming an internationally acclaimed Court Tennis player, working in France and Australia before moving to New York.

Following living in NYC and Chicago, Charles returned to London to work for globally recognized recruitment companies where he specialized in Legal recruitment primarily for the banking and financial services sector but also gaining considerable experience assisting US Law Firms and corporations with their legal recruitment.

After broadening his experience further through recruiting lawyers for Law Firms and across the Life Sciences Sector in the US, Charles decided to found JNC Partners.

Throughout his career, Charles has always had a strong belief in the relationship, trust and understanding between the consultant and who they are representing – a principal that JNC Partners was founded on.
