As a business we do not collect or track any data regarding your interaction with our website and the pages or frequency with which you visit.

If you choose to contact us directly through the website, JNC Partners requests your name and email address so that we may address your query. Alternatively, you may just provide your email address to receive future marketing through the “Subscribe” functionality.

For JNC Partners to be able to provide our bespoke recruitment service, we collect certain information to assist us. We obtain this information through conversations and interviews with our clients/candidates, when you send a copy of your CV through to us and through research on company websites, social media platforms such as LinkedIn and industry publications.

Information Collected

JNC Partners only collects information that will/could assist us in providing recruitment services for our clients and candidates. Depending on specific circumstances and applicable laws, this information includes, but is not limited to:

• Contact information;
• Education and Employment history;
• Referee details;
• Nationality/citizenship/Immigration status
• Criminal conviction history if this is required for a role for which you are applying;
• Requirements for your future role including location and ideal salary.
• Further information provided on third party sources including job sites, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, and industry publications.

Use of collected Information

The information collected by JNC Partners is stored on our CRM sotware provided by Hubspot.  This information is never sold or rented to anyone.  Your information is used to communicate with you as a candidate or client and to assist JNC Partners in providing our bespoke recruitment services to you.

As a candidate, your information will only be disclosed to a client of JNC Partners, when applying for a role and with your absolute permission.  Unless you ask us not to, JNC Partners may contact you via email, phone or text in the future to update with you, discuss our services, your recruitment needs as well as potential opportunities that may be of interest to you. 

Your access to and control over information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Change/correct any data we have about you.
• Have us delete any data we have about you.
• Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
